LG's new X20 sneaks through FCC approval
LG tries to sneak their, as yet, unannounced X20 past the masses and it looks like a potential winner.
Wireless Goodness reports that LG has submitted their latest netbook, the 3G equipped X20, to the FCC for approval.
The specs look fairly standard for a current generation netbook. Running Windows 7 on Intel's Pine View platform, it has HSDPA and 802.11n for comms. Input is managed by a Chiclet keyboard and multi-touch capable touchpad.

As a Windows 7 device, it is equipped with 2GB of memory. The hard disk, as tested by the FCC, was 250GB but we'd expect that drive sizes might vary when this unannounced device is finally released.
Given the number of new releases we've seen this year, it seems that it's going to be a very good year for netbook buyers and upgraders.
