Logitech's Touch Mouse app for iPhone and iPod touch makes carrying a mouse easier for netbook users.

Logitech makes your iPhone a Mouse

Logitech has been in the rodent business for as long as we can remember. Using the iPhone and iPod touch's capacitive touchscreen, they're able to convert your iPhone into a portable mouse.

To use it, pop over to the iTunes App Store and download the Touch Mouse application. You'll also need to install a small Logitech Mouse Server on your computer as well to get it to work as it relies on a WiFi connection. We tested it over our WLAN and it worked well. The only hassle is that if you don't use it for a while then your iPhone goes to sleep.

For netbook users, this might easier that carrying a mouse in your bag. It supports Windows XP and 7 (Vista as well but who's running Vista on a netbook?) but there's no Linux version.

You can download the app from the iTunes using this link:Touch Mouse
